Individual Therapy
Adolescents (12+)
The therapeutic process will help the adolescent to express what they are experiencing, thinking and feeling. In this way they will gain self-knowledge to help them understand themselves and make decisions to resolve internal and external conflicts. The goals of therapy can be specific (changes in behavior, improvement in their relationships with friends, family, peers, improvements in school performance) or more general (less anxiety, getting out of depression, clarifying existential doubts, higher self-esteem among others).

Family Therapy
The "client" is your family relationship. Family therapy does not intend to focus on specific demands of each person, but to the dynamics of the family system. Some of the main focuses are communication between members and the development of healthier everyday relationships.
